I hear you. Years ago, I was juggling motherhood, full-time grad school, full-time work, and figuring out how to parent together as newlyweds (I was formerly a single mom)... I was STRESSED!
Add on the typical adult responsibilities, like taking care of the house and bills PLUS a toxic work environment... and you better believe I was (secretly) overwhelmed and struggling with self-doubt.
My hair was falling out, I was fatigued and convinced it was a medical issue, I was burnt out at work, I started having panic attacks, struggled with sleep and I became more and more resentful and irritated.
I wasn't me. I felt out of control of my life, but I wasn't about to admit that, so I just kept on hustling the way I had been.
Thank goodness, I'm not in that space anymore!
Let me tell you... NOTHING changed until I was willing to get super clear and super honest with myself about what was going on. I needed to STOP justifying staying stuck and STOP sweeping the crap-feelings under the rug, BEFORE I could do anything to change it.
